Selected work

Each case runs the same way: what the business had become, the gap, the idea that turned it, and the proof.

Companies that outgrew their brand.

The problem

The credibility gap: the distance between what the business has become and how it is presented.

The business grew. The brand stayed where it started.

  • The projects grew. The brand didn’t.

Projects became larger and clients more serious, yet the identity still looks like the company you started as. Buyers size you up by what they see.

  • Buyers decide before the first meeting.

Procurement teams and tender panels look you up first. A dated website and a scattered company profile make a capable business look like a risk.

  • New markets, an old story.

Communication written for the home market does not travel. Buyers abroad cannot tell how long you have done this, or for whom.

  • Myth

Thinking “our work speaks for itself.”

It does, but only to people who have already seen it. A buyer who has never visited a site judges you by the website, the profile and the deck, and good work behind a weak brand never gets heard.

How it works

The same steps on every project, so you always know what comes next and what we need from you.

From first call to launch, in six steps.

  1. A 30-minute brand gap call

Before the call we study your website, company profile and LinkedIn, and send a one-page Gap Snapshot. The call is about your business: where it is going and what the brand is holding back.

  2. A proposal within 48 hours

All three scopes laid out, with a week-by-week plan and a launch date, so you know exactly what you get and when, before anything starts.

  3. Discovery and positioning

We dig into what the business has become: your projects, clients, markets and competitors, in conversations with your leadership. Out of it comes the positioning and messaging, signed off before any design begins.

  4. The identity system

One idea, rooted in something true about the business, grown into the mark, type, colour, voice and guidelines. You review it with us at the end of the stage.

  5. Website and sales materials

The new system carried into a fast corporate website and, depending on scope, the company profile, sales deck, case-study templates and LinkedIn launch kit.

  6. Launch and handover

The site goes live, and you get every file and the guidelines, so your team can use the brand with confidence long after we hand it over.

Why we do one thing now.

A message from the founder

I started Yelloyolk in Pune in 2018, and since then we have worked with 150+ businesses in 10+ countries.

In the companies we did our best work for, the same thing kept happening: the business had grown, with bigger projects, bigger clients and new markets, but the brand hadn’t.

So we do one thing now: close that gap. Strategy, design and development work as one team on every project, from the first call to launch.
